A Product Is Finally Born Out Of The Comcast TiVo Partnership

It was two years ago that Comcast and TiVo announced a partnership. Nothing came out of that partnership uptil now. Mr Steve Garfield who lives in Boston has finally got his hands on a  Comcast-TiVo box.

The problem for him is that he is the only one who owns one of these boxes. As a result there is virtually no support for him available. As soon as more of these boxes are out, there will be better after sales support and I know I would like to be the owner of one of these boxes.

If you are like me, you are going to do what I recommend. What I recommend is that you pick up that phone and call Comcast. I have never been an admirer of Comcasts services. I hate about all of them except their video services.

Sometimes however you are stuck with a lack of choices. They have a partnership with that great company that is TiVo and for that reason alone I would like to pick up this offering of their as soon as it is out in the open. Hoorah for the new TiVo!
